5th Anniversary Website Giveaway

Terms & Conditions

• Entrants must be entrepreneurs, small businesses, or non-profit organizations.  

• Only one entry per organization is allowed.

• Selected winners will receive:  website design and build for one website, and one year of hosting on the platform of our choice.  

• Winners must agree to having their organization mentioned on the McCord & Cargile Marketing Resources (MCMR) website and marketing channels, including but not limited to social media platforms.

• To enter the giveaway you must fill in all required fields. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Incomplete forms will not be considered.  

• Submissions are only accepted through the MCMR website

• The website includes free hosting for one year.  At the end of that year, the winner will be responsible for maintaining and paying for the hosting of the website.  

• The winner will be selected by an independent panel of judges.  The prize must be redeemed, and the associated web design project commenced within 3 months from the date of the announcement of the winning entries.

• The winner will be responsible for providing to MCMR all website copy, content and images. 

• The prize is offered exactly as stated, and no alternatives will be offered.

• The deadline for submission is 11:00 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, June 10th, 2021.  

• The winners will be announced on or about June 17th, 2021.  

• The free website will have a limit of 3 live pages, and will be a basic informational and/or blogging site. It will not include e-commerce functionality.
