Our quarterly training program for High School and College students provides hands-on, customer-facing experience in marketing, communications, stakeholder management and process development.

 

Specific Areas of Focus Include:

• Marketing Strategy & Implementation

• Web Design

• Social Media Management

• SEO

• Content Creation and Curation

• Graphic Design

• Communications

• Process Development

In addition participants learn stakeholder management and collaboration skills as they complete projects with their cohort.

​

This program is designed to allow participants to have real-world experience they can add to resumes, build their portfolios with and use in the job market.

 

This is a work and train from home opportunity. An on-site option is available for those in the Indianapolis, Fishers, Carmel or Avon areas, however this program is designed to be remote.

​

Most interns who complete our training program are invited to continue working with us as contractors, building their portfolio and gaining further experience in their specific areas of interest.
